Shipping:

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Expected delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Due to size and weight of the items, all products ship via ground. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada, but hope to do so in the near future.

Lost orders:

If a product is lost in transit due to an address error or theft, we are not able to issue a refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request compensation from the shipping carrier. This applies to orders being shipped to a home or business.

Returns, refunds or exchanges:

We offer free 30-day returns. Items must be returned in good condition and in their original boxes. Please initiate a return request by sending us an e-mail at info@urbannouk.com with your order number.

We will issue you a full refund once we receive the item back.
